The Division of Accounts and Reports prepares the Comprehensive Annual Financial
Report of the State of Kansas. This report has been prepared in conformance
with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. This report is presented in
three sections: the Introductory Section, which includes the transmittal
letter, the organizational chart and a listing of selected officials, the
Financial Section, which includes the independent auditors' report,
Management's Discussion and Analysis, the basic financial statements and notes,
the Required Supplementary Information and the Other Supplementary Information;
and the Statistical Section, which includes unaudited tables and
financial trend information.
