Policy and Procedure ManualThe Accounts and Reports Policy and Procedure Manual (PPM) is completely web based. The revision date in each PPM shows when that PPM was last updated. A listing of discontinued PPM's, as of September, 1998, can be found at http://www.da.ks.gov/ar/ppm/ppmdelete.htm. All of the forms referred to in the filings can be found in .pdf format on our forms page. Most of these forms are also available for download in Excel or MS Word as pc fillable forms. Links to two PPM filings that serve as indices to the entire manual are provided below in HTML format. You can access all of the PPM's by going to either index, and then linking to the individual PPM filing from within it.
As of August, 2000, an email notification list has been established for PPM's and
Informational Circulars inclusive. Please subscribe if you wish to be
notified each time there is an update to a PPM or a new Informational Circular
has been issued.
