PROJECT SCOPE: The work includes conversion of an existing second floor exterior terrace and construction of a new structural third floor above this terrace, to infill this existing space and create two new floors of offices, conference rooms and support spaces. Total area to be enclosed on both floors: 23,500 GSF.
Work includes the following - New Floor Structure: steel beams; poured concrete and steel deck composite floor. Exterior Envelope: metal wall panels; glazed aluminum curtain walls; aluminum storefront entrances; EIFS soffit. Interior Construction: drywall partitions; lay-in ceilings; carpeting; VCT; ceramic tile; wood doors; HM frames; LULA elevator, related M/E work. Selective demolition is included.
