SRS HEARINGS
- A fair hearing request must be received within 30 days (90 days for food stamps) of
the date of the agency's notice of action.
- A fair hearing request must be made in writing (except for food stamps), signed, and
sent to the Office of Administrative Hearings, 1020 S Kansas Avenue, Topeka,
Kansas 66612-1311.
