Task Proposal Request (TPR) Samples

• Example 1 - very short TPR
  
  In this example DISC was requesting bids for 1 person to go to the next available class that was offered.  This TPR was used with the "IT Training Contract".  You can change the number of people taking the class and/or the time frame that the class is to be taken.

• Example 3 (.doc)
  
  Here is an example of a TPR that The University of Kansas Medical Center (KUMC) is requesting qualified vendors on State of Kansas Contract #06361 to submit cost proposals for temporary IT services.  They are requesting two (2) temporary employees to assist us in installing SafeBoot Encryption software on approximately 575 mobile (laptop, notebooks, tablets) PC’s.

  This TPR Example has more detail and could be used with the IT Services contract to hire contract programmers or other contract personnel.  It could also be  used on the Web Hosting and Development contract.  There are 2 copies of the example, one after the other, the 1st explains what information the agency needs to provide and the 2nd one has the information filled in.
