Q. Why did Project Status Reporting change from Bi-Monthly to Quarterly Reporting?

A. There were several factors that were considered before making the change. There is a need for more comprehensive information on projects; the need to improve management and post-implementation tracking of projects; requests from customers to change to quarterly project reporting; and it brings the state in line with the federal reporting cycle.
