Planned IT Projects

Use the Planned Projects Template below to provide information for all projects, for the current and ensuing three state fiscal years, with a total cost of $250,000 or more from any source of funds, in which the agency is proposing new state funding or has spending authority.  

Responses should include information regarding planned projects.   Planned projects identify new projects by agencies that are planned only.  Submission of the one-page Planned Project Template does not constitute project approval.  Established procedures should be followed for approval/change to project plans as outlined at IT Proposed Plans .
