Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) |
The last major phase of a project's life cycle is the close-out. In accordance with ITEC IT Policy 2530, the Post Implementation Evaluation Report (PIER), documents the history of a project and contains recommendations for other projects of similar size and scope. The PIER is submitted to the Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) for the sponsoring agency's branch of state government within six months of project completion. As PIERS are received and accepted by the CITO, they will be shared with the other branches of state government, JCIT and added to the website library below. When submitting the PIER .zip format should not be used.
