This committee
is authorized by 2008 Senate Sub. for House Bill 2916 to provide
oversight of the development and implmentation of the new pay plans
and performance management process for the State of Kansas, in accordance
with the State's compensation philosophy. The committee consists
of seven members and two ex officio representatives.
