Below are links to the final version of the regulations that are being
amended in order to implement the new Performance Management Process (PMP)
for the State of Kansas, as well as the Post-Public Hearing Economic Impact
Statement for the proposed changes. The regulations will be published
in the September 10, 2009 issue of the Kansas Register. K.A.R's
1-2-64, 1-2-65, 1-7-6 and 1-7-7 will be effective September 25, 2009.
The rest of the regulations will be effective on October 1, 2009. Final Proposed Regulations
