No Smoking Policy
The State of Kansas provides a smoke-free environment for all its employees, clients, and visitors. 

Smoking is prohibited in any building owned or leased and operated by the State of Kansas, except those buildings serving as homes or apartments for employees of the state shall not be subject to this policy unless specifically applied to that property by the appointing authority.
