Techno music with increasing volume begins. A big welcome image in the center morphs into a blue Kansas flag. A three dimensional image of Kansas spelled out appears, spins then suddenly shrinks into the background.

The portrait of the famous John Brown painting appears. then a layer of an Ad Aster/capitol/sunflower image scans back and forth over the Brown image until the complete John Brown image appears again.

I circle with spinning pegs appears in the middle there are changing graphics in the circle starting with the Governor, the Capitol, State Seal, a wheat field, then a sunflower field.

The following words appear then disappear: Integrity, Teamwork, Vision, Perseverance, Risk-taking, Self-Responsibility, State of Kansas Employee.

Next an image of the Governor appears then a message stating that the State of Kansas employee is a valuable resource to the State.
