Job Description:

KEES Production Manager (K0236313) in the Office of the Secretary: Administration

Manages and is accountable for the work performed by the KEES production team, which is responsible for providing information and services necessary for day-to-day operations of the KEES system. Team responsibilities include, but are not limited to, user requests for data and reporting, assessing the results of batch runs and identifying any impacts, researching potential design gaps related to incident tickets, managing master data for KEES, managing the document imaging system in support of KEES, and provisioning new users. Act as a point of control over the KEES production environment in conjunction with the KEES contractor. Coordinate with the KEES enhancement and support teams and the KEES contractor to schedule enhancement and support releases for implementation and hardware/software upgrade activities. In conjunction with the KEES help desk and the KEES contractor, report on the status of operations to stakeholders, including breakdowns of incidents, defects, requests, outages, and resolution times.

Minimum Requirements:
Two years supervisory experience in leading an IT production operations team or IT project team. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.

Salary:
$25.68 hourly; can vary depending upon experience and qualifications.
