Job Description:

To apply for the certificate and retrieve it. Applicants are responsible for submitting their certificate with their application materials to the hiring agency each time they apply. DUTIES: Unclassified $14.30-$15.03 Collect and process employee time, leave and pay data directly into the SHARP system. Analyze Sharp documents to ensure consistent application and credit within appropriate guidelines. Maintain Holiday payroll spreadsheets and submit to GHQ personnel section to collect, clarify and resolve SHARP issues in an effective and equitable manner.     

Serve as executive assistant for Troop Commander and administrative support for Lieutenant, draft and maintain confidential correspondence, update and maintain personal and personnel files; ensure confidentiality and timely submission of internal investigation documents; monitor annual employee evaluation submission. Process purchase orders; maintain records of all issued Troop PO’s reconcile with invoices received in SMART. Compile and submit various quarterly reports. Handle outgoing Troop correspondence. Attendance as scheduled is an essential function.

 Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or GED. Two years of experience in general office, clerical and administrative support work. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.   

Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to sit, walk, stand, twist, stoop and reach out with body, arms and/or legs; speak clearly and concisely in person communicate effectively with fellow employees and the general public. Establish and maintain effective working relationship. Proficiency with Microsoft windows, Excel, proofreading skills and ability to multi-task.
