The KNI Nursing department is seeking a registered nurse who can develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for our residents. This Case Manager position acts on behalf of our residents as an advocate for their welfare and as a liaison between the resident, their families, and health care providers.
The Case Manager ensures our residents receive appropriate and quality health care. Duties include monitoring, assessing, determining treatment eligibility, making health care arrangements for services, and streamlining processes. The ideal candidate will be organized, extremely good with time management, compassionate, and loyal.
