Job Description:

We are looking for supportive RNs to lift, guide, teach and supervise our floor nurses and home staff CMAs - as well as promote our program objectives.

 

These PRN positions are 12 hour shifts and we are offering $32/hour plus 10% differential outside the hours of 6am-2pm M-F. Shifts available are mostly on weekends and RN will sign-up for shifts desired. PRN hours cannot exceed 999 hours/year and there are no health/other benefits. Seeking RNs willing to work a minimum of 2-3 shifts/month but could average up to 6 - 7 shifts/month if desired.

KNI has 20 homes serving 140 residents. Dedicated home staff and CMAs are in the homes, tending to our residents every need. KNI Nursing blankets the entire campus and tends to nurse scope of practices skills. Nursing also offers specialized high acuity protocols for a resident not feeling well and operates a medical unit for residents needing 24/7 nursing support.

 

The PRN RN positions will help educate and support nursing and home staff with knowledge - to create buy-in and engagement - to ensure exceptional medical care and to enrich our residents lives to the fullest.
