Purpose: The purpose of this lesson is to learn how to lookup holiday schedules.

Navigation: Setup HRMS > Foundation Tables > Organization > Holiday Schedule

Timing: Anytime you need to view detailed holiday schedule information.

Connections: Holiday schedules are recorded on the Payroll page in Job Data and are used to default holiday credit on a time sheet.

Important Notes: Holiday schedules define the date the holiday is officially observed and the number of hours of holiday credit to be received by employees. If a holiday is effective during the pay period, the information from the holiday schedule will override the information from the default work schedule on the time entry pages and employee time documents. All employees should be attached to a holiday schedule. Classified temporary employees should be attached to the PSTV holiday schedule..
