This table is used to store information about instructors and their areas of expertise. You will enter a new instructor when they are hired or right before they teach their first session. Instructors are listed on Course Session Table 3.

NOTE: Due to the inability to add non-employees to PeopleSoft, only instructors who are employed by the State of Kansas can be entered into this table. The name of an external instructor can be entered directly into the Course Session Table without using an ID.

Navigation: Enterprise Learning> Define Training Resources> Instructors

 

Instructor Profile tab: Input information about the instructor.

Click each field to view the field definition. 

 

Qualification tab: Indicate the course code that the instructor may teach.

Click each field to view the field definition.After viewing the field definitions, click on the NEXT button to continue.


Choose a topic from the Side Navigation Menu or click next button
