Leave Accruals - BEN007

DESCRIPTION:

The BEN007 lists leave accruals by Plan Type/Benefit Plan, for every employee. Dollar balance amounts are shown by Plan Type/Benefit Plan for every employee. Totals are given by department and agency for hours and dollar amount for each plan type.

Included are:

1. Employee ID;
   
2. Employee Record #;
3. Employee Name;
   
4. Plan Type;
   
5. Benefit Plan;
6. Last Date Processed;
   
7. Current Accrued;
   
8. Hours Carried Over;
9. YTD Hours Earned/Bought;
10. YTD Hours Taken/Sold;
11. YTD Hours Adjusted;
12. Balance Hours;
13. Hourly Rate;
14. Balance Amount.

This report is created after each on-cycle and off-cycle.
