DESCRIPTION:

The KPAY329 lists employees with no Group Health Insurance (GHI) deductions because the employee did not receive a paycheck in the on-cycle or three off-cycles of a pay period.

Included are:

  1. Agency;
  2. Employee ID;
  3. SSN;
  4. Name;
  5. Action;
  6. Plan Type;
  7. Benefit Plan;
  8. Coverage Begin;
  9. Last Pay Period.
SORT SEQUENCE:

Agency
Employee ID

FREQUENCY:

The report is produced after the final off-cycle for a pay period. It includes data from the on-cycle and the three off-cycle runs for a pay period.
