DESCRIPTION:

The KPAYOVTM is a data file that lists any overtime processed for the pay period.

Included are:

1. Pay End Date;
   
2. Position Number;
3. Position Pool;
   
4. Department ID;
   
5. Hours;
   
6. Amount;
   
7. Employee ID;
   
8. Name;
   
9. Position Description;
10. Earnings Code;
11. Off-cycle?

FREQUENCY:

This report is created on Friday night of pre-calc week (include only the on-cycle) and again on Wednesday night before pay date (includes on-cycle and all three off-cycles) for the pay period.
