This report lists all active and inactive employees who have an arrearage balance (including plan type and deduction code) as of the report date..

Included are:

  1. Department ID;
  2. Deduction Code;
  3. Plan Type;
  4. Employee ID;
  5. Benefit Record Number;
  6. Arrears Balance;
  7. Deduction Total by Deduction Code;
  8. Department Total.
