  6. Regular Hours and Earnings;
  7. Other Type, Hours, and Earnings;
  8. Gross Pay.
  9. Federal Taxes and Type
  10. State/Local Taxes and Type
  11. Deduction(Amnt) and Code
  12. Net Pay
