| The batch update process to implement the pay changes
related to the minimum wage increase and the market adjustments
ran yesterday afternoon. Staff at the Division of Personnel Services
is currently manually correcting data that the process could not
update since the changes were done retroactively. We hope to have
the manual corrections completed today and will notify you when
we are done.
As a reminder, agencies need to manually calculate
the amount an employee should have received during the pay period
ending June 27, 2009. Use the ‘PRA’ earnings code to
enter the flat dollar amount of the difference due to the employee
on the timesheet. It is recommended that this amount be added to
the timesheets for the on-cycle period that ends July 11, 2009.
Cutoff for that period is July 14, 2009.
This update did not include Regents Institutions. These agencies
will process their own employees.
