| Agency Benefits Enrollment Reports
The Kansas Health Policy Authority recently created two important
benefits enrollment reports:
(1) KWEBFSA – agency employees’ enrollment activity
in Flexible Spending Accounts;
(2) KWEBCHG – agency employees who have completed group health
insurance elections for Plan Year 2010 and employees who have not
yet made any changes.
The two reports will be distributed to agencies via the MVS mailbox
and can be accessed using Core FTP or WS_FTP. Move the reports to
the folder where you normally transfer files. When opening the file,
choose Excel if you receive a Windows prompt to “Select the
program from a list.” We will be moving the files out to you
throughout the day so check again if you cannot locate your agency’s
reports right away.
The KWEBFSA report lists employees in your agency with their FSA
Dependent Care and FSA Health Care elections from PY 2009, and their
elections for PY 2010. Blank entries in the columns indicate no
elections were made for the indicated plan year. Please remind employees
that they must enroll in an FSA each year even if they are enrolled
for the current year. This report was run at approximately 12:01
AM. on October 29, 2009. Enrollment activity after that time is
not included on the report.
The KWEBCHG report lists the benefits eligible employees in your
agency and indicates if they have made their group health insurance
elections. Please keep in mind that these are employees who were
benefits eligible in SHARP as of September 11, 2009. This report
was also run at approximately 12:01 AM on October 29, 2009. Enrollment
activity after that time is not included in the report.
Please note: These reports are best viewed using
Microsoft Excel. Computer based training on using the Agency MVS
is provided by the DofA and can be located at http://www.da.ks.gov/sharp/cbt89/reporting.htm
