Subject Hot Topic! How to Cancel out of a SMART Training Class

Need to Cancel Enrollment From Class: If you are unable to attend a SMART Instructor Led training session, please contact your Agency’s SHaRP Training Administrator. They will need to log into SHaRP to cancel your enrollment from this class for you. You cannot cancel a class enrollment via the Employee Self Service module in SHaRP.

If you are unable to attend a SMART Instructor Led Training Class on the day of training: If you have an emergency the day of training and are unable to attend a session, please contact the SMART Help Desk at 785-368-8000, Option 2, to let them know you will be unable to attend training. The SMART Help Desk will contact the SMART Training Team and the instructor to let them know.
