Subject PO Dispatch process

There was an interruption in the 11:30 PO Dispatch process. I’ve attached a listing of the POs that should have been emailed or faxed during this process. When you open the PO you will see that it has a “Dispatched” status and when you navigate to the Merkur Delivery Information page you will see a Delivered / Successful status.

We ask that you contact your vendors and validate that they received the Purchase Order. If the Purchase Order has not been received, please enter a new Merkur destination on the Merkur Delivery Information page and submit a SMART Service Desk ticket requesting that the PO be re-dispatched
