Subject Status of Errors - Requisitions

This afternoon the SMART Tech Team cleared the cache on our application servers which we believe should resolve the Data Integrity Error message issue received when entering either a regular or Staples requisition. Clearing the cache will slow the system down; the response time will improve as the system is used.

There is a second issue, specifically with entering Staples requisitions, that the SMART Tech Team is still reviewing and a follow-up notification will be sent when a solution is found. Agencies have reported that occasionally, not every time, when entering a Staples requisition they will receive the following error messages:
