Parking Section

The parking section monitors and maintains over 2,893 parking stalls throughout the Capitol Complex Area.  The parking lots maintained by Parking Administration are Lots numbering #1, #2, #4, #7 and #8 in Topeka.  Parking Administration also manages the Curtis Parking Garage and 675 stalls for the Wichita State Office Building.

Parking Regulations


Curtis Parking Garage:

Parking Administration handles all management for the Curtis Parking Garage at 11th and Jackson.  To begin parking in the garage, you will need to submit a parking contract to Parking Administration along with payment for two pay periods up front.  Your parking will then be paid by payroll deduction.

NOTE: on July 1st of each subsequent fiscal year through fiscal year 2031, the parking fees from the prior fiscal year shall be increased by an additional 2%. 

If you wish to park in the Curtis Parking Garage please complete the Curtis Garage Contract (see forms above). In order to make it fair to all employees, our policy is to have everyone begin parking on the top uncovered level in the Curtis Parking Garage. Therefore, please submit a Curtis Garage Transfer Request form (see forms above) at the same time you turn in your contract. This will put you on the waiting list to move down to covered parking as spaces become available .
