Employee Suggestion Program
The State of Kansas rewards innovation from its employees. If you suggest an idea
that saves the State money, you will be rewarded for the documented savings up to
$5,000!
Please give a detailed description of your cost savings suggestion below. All suggestions
will be reviewed and evaluated by the Department of Administration. If the Department
implements your idea, the Division of Budget will track any potential cost savings
over a 12-month period. At that time, if there is a savings to the State, you will
be rewarded with a check representing ten percent of the 12-month savings up to
$5,000.
