Job Description:

This position is primarily responsible for statistical analysis and evaluation specialized to the agency’s Long-Term Care Services and Supports efforts and programs including, but not limited to, the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) programs and the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) as well as other agency programs and efforts. This work is of an independent nature and includes the preparation of reports, charts and graphs detailing program results and making recommendations for changes in KDADS program policies, procedures, and methods based on those results.  The incumbent must have or accumulate extensive knowledge of state and federally-funded programs. The incumbent exercises considerable analytical skills and independent judgment to weigh all factors involved in the program evaluation, and reporting of KDADS programs.  The incumbent must use problem-solving techniques in order to determine and recommend the appropriate course of action to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of KDADS programs.

 

Salary: Up to $40,872.00/ annually
