The Division of Accounts and Reports, Payroll Services team will make the necessary updates to
the SHARP system to effect these changes for all employees for whom SHARP
calculates pay. Regents institutions are responsible for ensuring that these changes are reflected
on all paychecks issued on or after February 5, 1999.
