The Memorandum of Agreement for Graphic Communications Union No. 49C, AFL-CIO
establishes a new premium pay of $.55 per hour for eligible employees. This premium
is only available for use by the Department of Administration-Division of Printing.
The new earnings code will be effective for the payroll period beginning July
18, 2004; ending July 31, 2004; paid August 13, 2004, will add to gross earnings
and will be displayed as follows:
The Division of Accounts and Reports, Payroll Systems Team, is responsible for adding this new earnings code in the SHARP system. DB:JJM:kao
