Pursuant to Kansas Administrative Regulation 1-45-7a, parking fees for
the Curtis Building Garage will increase by 2% effective with the start of
fiscal year 2007. To facilitate this change, payroll deduction codes PKT08B
and PPKT08 will increase to $22.93 per bi-weekly pay period effective with
the payroll period beginning June 18, 2006 and ending July 1, 2006, paid July
14, 2006. The associated administrative fee code PKAD05 increases to $1.75
($22.93 X .0765).
Employees with the Department of Commerce, the Board of Accountancy, and Board of Regents who park in the Curtis Building Garage under parking deduction codes PKT10B and PPKT10 will see their bi-weekly deduction increased to $11.46. The associated administrative fee code PKAD07 increases to $0.88 ($11.46 X .0765). The Division of Accounts and Reports, Payroll Systems Team will make the necessary updates to the SHARP payroll system to effect this change for all employees for whom SHARP calculates pay.
