As indicated in an earlier message to the SHARP listserve, problems were
encountered processing the SHARP off-cycle last night. Beginning at 10:30
this morning, the SHARP application server will be unavailable so that the
off-cycle can be processed during the day today. 

Payments resulting from this off-cycle will be dated February 13, 2004. It is anticipated that the SHARP application will be unavailable until early afternoon. Self-service will continue to be available during this time. Agencies
should immediately save any data they are in the process of entering and
log off the SHARP application as soon as possible.

Agencies are advised to ignore any reports in their MVS directories with a
date stamp of 02/10/2004 and a time stamp of shortly after midnight last
night. These reports would also have contained a pay end date of
01/17/2004. The actual reports for the SHARP off-cycle being run this
morning will have a date stamp of 02/10/2004 and a time stamp of late
morning early afternoon and will contain a pay end date of 01/31/2004.
