New Action/Reason Code added to SHARP |

A new Action/Reason code of TER/IPD (Termination/Inability to perform position duties) has been added to SHARP with an effective date of 01/01/2004. An agency requested this new code in order to identify employee terminations on the grounds of K.S.A. 75-2949e(1) where the employee was unable to perform the essential functions of the position as opposed to terminations resulting from inefficiency or incompetency.
