Benefits Confirmation Statements are now available at the Employee Self Service Center at http://www.kansas.gov/employee/. Employees may log in to Employee Self Service to view their open enrollment elections for Plan Year 2005, which begins January 1, 2005.

Actions after the October open enrollment period may not display in the Benefits Confirmation Statement. Employees should contact their agency human resource office if they have any questions.
