The Department of Administration, Division of Personnel Services, created reports to help Executive Branch agencies identify their employees who may qualify for the military pay differentials and activation payments authorized by Executive Directive No. 05-356.

Agencies that have placed employees on a “Military Leave of Absence Without Pay” in SHARP since September 11, 2001 are listed below. If your agency is listed, please contact Sandy Jacobia at 785-296-4537 or sandy.jacobia@da.state.ks.us to request reports that will help you
identify:
1) Employees who have been on military leave in the past but have now returned.
2) Employees who are still on military leave of absence.
