Outstanding ADVNCE arrearage balances must be paid by personal reimbursement and processed in Sharp by the off-cycle run on December 23, 2002 in order to affect the employee's calendar year 2002 W-2. Informational Circular 03-P-023 dated November 25, 2002 contains helpful information on this subject under the General Reminders section. Informational Circular 00-P-020 dated February 10, 2000 contains procedures for
