In order to ensure all data in the SHARP system is accurate prior to the conversion to PeopleSoft 8.0 this June, the Department of Administration is constantly reviewing data to look for data integrity issues. We identified that the EEO Class field, located in Position Data and Job Data, was not correct in all cases. The Division of Personnel Services in coordination with the Division of Information Systems and Communications has developed a batch program to update the EEO Class field on the most current effective dated row in Position Data and Job Data to match the value on the Job Code table.
The batch update will occur during the morning of Wednesday, March 19, 2003. This will be a one-time update to the SHARP database. If you have any questions regarding this update please contact Connie Guerrero at
