Open Enrollment is October 1-31 for the state employee Health Plan and Flexible Spending Accounts for Plan Year 2004. You must log in to the online Self-Service Center in order to: 1. Change, add or drop your health plan election for 2004, change your coverage elections or add or drop dependents from coverage; 2. Register for Health Risk Appraisal participation (and $5 credit per pay period); 3. Change pretax payment status or enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA); 4. Review current elections for accuracy (even if not making a change). Open Enrollment elections will become effective on January 1, 2004. Problems signing in?
