NOTICE: LEAVE ACCRUAL INFORMATION TO BE ARCHIVED ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2003 As was discussed at the September 25th SHARP breakout of the Human Resource Meeting, leave accrual information that is older than 5 years will be purged from the SHARP Leave Accrual - Work History page. The purging of this data is due to table space limitations and to improve response time when pulling up employee leave information on the Leave Accrual - Work History page. Technical staff in the Bureau of Department of Administration Services plan to purge data that is older than 5 years old on Monday, October 20, 2003. This could take several days to accomplish. After the first purge of data, a biweekly batch job will be run that will remove leave accrual data that is greater than 5 years old. Be assured, at any given time, 5 years worth of leave accrual data from the current date will remain in SHARP. |
