| SUBJECT: | Unavailability of SHARP System and Limited Availability of Employee Self-Service on Saturday, October 11, 2003 |

SHARP system access will be restricted for all on-line users on Saturday,
October 11, 2003 to allow the Department of Administration to perform scheduled
system updates. In addition, Employee Self-Service users will be restricted to
using the Benefits Open Enrollment and My Profile links while the updates are
occurring.
The updates are scheduled to be completed by 7:00 p.m. Saturday evening at which time all system user access will be returned. The SHaRP system will be available during normal access hours on Sunday, October 12, 2003. Additional messages will be added to the Employee Self-Service Center to advise employee's of this change but we would appreciate any assistance you can provide in letting your employee's know about the access changes this Saturday.
